Employee Relations Specialist

Position Purpose

This position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of employee relations, conflict resolution, compliance with labor laws, and alignment with organizational culture. This role serves as a strategic advisor to management and employees, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies and procedures.


Job Description

  • Lead the resolution of high-risk or complex employee relations cases, including harassment, discrimination, misconduct, and grievances.
  • Mediate disputes between employees and/or managers to promote constructive resolution and minimize risk.
  • Conduct or oversee thorough investigations in line with company procedures and legal standards.
  • Ensure timely documentation, reporting, and follow-up on investigation outcomes.
  • Interpret and apply labor laws, regulations, and internal policies to ensure fair treatment of employees.
  • Recommend and implement updates to HR policies and procedures based on legal or organizational changes.
  • Provide expert guidance and training to managers on handling performance, discipline, and workplace conduct issues.
  • Support managers in preparing documentation and executing formal disciplinary actions.
  • Monitor trends in employee relations issues and provide insights to HR leadership.
  • Maintain records of ER activities.


Experience and Qualification

  • Bachelors / Masters
  • 06 to 08 years of relevant experience

  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Comply with HSE policies.
