Human Resources Generalist

Duties

  • Manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes, including sourcing candidates through ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) like iCIMS, Taleo, or Workday, conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities such as employee orientation and training programs.
  • Oversee employee relations by addressing workplace concerns, facilitating conflict management, and promoting a positive work environment aligned with organizational values.
  • Administer benefits programs and payroll systems utilizing platforms such as ADP, Paychex, or Paylocity; ensure accurate data entry and benefits administration.
  • Develop and implement HR policies in compliance with employment & labor law regulations, OSHA standards, and affirmative action planning requirements.
  • Conduct performance management activities including employee evaluations, succession planning, and talent management initiatives to support workforce development.
  • Lead HR projects related to organization design, change management strategies, and workforce management to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Maintain HRIS systems like Oracle HCM or SAP SuccessFactors for data collection, reporting, and strategic planning purposes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in human resources management with a strong understanding of employment & labor law, workers' compensation procedures, and OSHA regulations.
  • Demonstrated ability in talent acquisition, recruiting strategies, and HR sourcing techniques using ATS tools such as UltiPro or Lever.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively manage employee relations and conflict resolution.
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms including Workday, PeopleSoft, or Ceridian for data entry and HR analytics.
  • Strong organizational skills with experience in project management, training & development programs, and administrative tasks related to HR functions.
  • Knowledge of benefits administration systems like Kronos or Dayforce; experience with contracts and data collection is preferred.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
