About the Job

As Senior Immigration Lead you will lead our student visa department, ensuring high-quality case processing, maximizing visa success rates, and maintaining strong relationships with universities and partners. This role is strategic, supervisory, and client-focused, allowing you to influence departmental performance, compliance, and client satisfaction while shaping the growth of our team.

In This Role You Will

• Lead the student visa department and drive team performance
• Own and monitor departmental KPIs, including application success rate, turnaround time, and conversion ratios
• Oversee and review immigration applications prepared by officers, conducting final quality checks before submission
• Act as the final authority on complex, high-risk, or escalated cases
• Coordinate with universities, admission partners, and internal teams to ensure seamless case progression
• Prepare monthly performance and compliance reports for management
• Ensure SOPs, checklists, and quality controls are implemented and followed

Experience & Technical Competencies

• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in student visa processing
• At least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role
• Proven exposure to:
• Study visas (UK, Australia, Canada, Europe, etc.)
• Refusal handling and reapplications
• University admission coordination
• Strong understanding of immigration laws, policies, and embassy procedures
• Ability to oversee case officers and implement quality controls

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
