We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics & SharePoint Senior Consultant to lead enterprise-level implementations, customization, and support projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics (CRM/ERP) and Microsoft SharePoint (Online/On-Premises), with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and efficient solutions. The role requires client interaction, solution architecture capabilities, and leadership in project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM/ERP) solutions including design, configuration, customization, and deployment.
• Design, develop, and manage Microsoft SharePoint Online / SharePoint Server environments including document management systems, workflows, and intranet portals.
• Gather and analyze business requirements; prepare functional and technical design documents.
• Develop custom workflows, Power Automate flows, Power Apps solutions, and system integrations.
• Perform data migration, system integration, and API-based connectivity with third-party systems.
• Provide technical leadership, solution architecture guidance, and best practice recommendations.
• Manage user roles, security models, governance policies, and compliance configurations.
• Conduct UAT sessions, end-user training, and knowledge transfer workshops.
• Provide post-implementation support, performance optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, Finance, or Business Central).
• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft SharePoint Online / On-Premises.
• Strong knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Experience with Azure services and Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Proficiency in customization using .NET, C#, JavaScript, and REST APIs.
• Experience with data migration tools and integration frameworks.
• Strong understanding of governance, security, and compliance best practices

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs300,000.00 per month
