What is Expert Enterprise Business Support?

Expert - Enterprise Business Support will act as the primary regional support and execution partner for Enterprise Business teams across assigned verticals, including Payment Gateway, In-App Collections, Disbursements, Payroll Digitization, Corporate QR, and Mini App Channel Expansion.

The role is operational and execution-focused, responsible for enabling smooth onboarding, faster activation, issue resolution, and post-go-live support for enterprise clients within the region. The incumbent will work closely with Regional Enterprise Heads, Sales teams, and central support functions to remove operational bottlenecks, ensure process adherence, and improve turnaround times—allowing sales teams to focus on growth and relationships.

This position serves as the regional problem-solver and coordinator, escalating structured issues to the Stream Head where required. This postion report to Stream Head - Enterprise Business Support.

What does Expert Enterprise Business Support do?

Key Responsibilities:

1.Regional Business Enablement & Support

  • Provide day-to-day business and operational support to Enterprise Regional Heads and sales teams.
  • Act as the first point of contact for regional enterprise onboarding, activation, and post-live issues.
  • Ensure smooth execution of enterprise deals from closure to go-live.

2.Enterprise Onboarding & Operational Execution

  • Coordinate enterprise onboarding activities, including:
  • Documentation collection and validation
  • Internal approvals and system entries
  • Activation and settlement readiness
  • Proactively track onboarding progress and follow up with central teams to reduce delays.
  • Maintain clear visibility of onboarding status for regional stakeholders.

3.Product Enablement & BAU Support

  • Support regional rollout of new enterprise products, pilots, and enhancements.
  • Assist in organizing regional trainings, walkthroughs, and readiness sessions.
  • Ensure correct usage of SOPs, tools, and processes by regional teams.
  • Support smooth transition of new products from launch phase to BAU.

4.Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Track key regional metrics including:
    • Onboarding TAT
    • Activation rates
    • Pipeline Status
  • Share regular regional performance updates with the Stream Head.
  • Highlight operational gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities at the regional level.

5. Cross-Functional Alignment & Issue Resolution

  • Coordinate with Product, Technology, Bank Operations, Finance, Risk, and Compliance teams on regional matters.
  • Ensure alignment between regional business needs and central execution.
  • Follow up on regional dependencies to closure.

6. Market & Opportunity Inputs (Regional Lens)

  • Support the Stream Head by providing:
    • Regional market insights
    • Feedback on high-potential segments and clients
    • Ground realities impacting execution or adoption
  • Assist in validating regional assumptions for market sizing and opportunity assessments.

Requirements

Required Skills & Competencies

.  Strong coordination and follow-up skills with attention to detail.

.  Ability to manage multiple operational workstreams simultaneously.

.  Good analytical skills with comfort in tracking data and preparing basic reports.

.  Strong communication skills and stakeholder handling at regional level.

.  Problem-solving mindset with a hands-on execution approach.

.  Understanding of digital financial services, B2B payments, or enterprise solutions is a plus.

Qualification & Experience

. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.

.   3-5 years of experience in operations, business support, fintech, or enterprise enablement roles.

.   Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

.   Prior experience working with regional sales or enterprise clients will be a strong advantage.
