HR Generalist

As the HR Generalist, you will be responsible for end-to-end HR operations — hiring the right talent, building strong internal systems, improving retention, and ensuring accountability across teams. This role is critical to our growth and internal stability.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Hiring

  • End-to-end hiring (job posts, screening, interviews, onboarding)
  • Hiring for roles like SEO, developers, designers, sales, and operations
  • Building and maintaining a talent pipeline
  • Ensuring cultural and skill fit, not just CVs

Employee Management

  • Onboarding & offboarding processes
  • Attendance, leaves, and performance tracking
  • Conflict resolution and employee relations
  • Enforcing company policies and SOPs
  • Performance & Accountability
  • Implementing KPI-based performance reviews
  • Managing probation evaluations
  • Identifying underperformance and improvement plans
  • Supporting leadership in promotions and terminations

HR Systems & Processes

  • Creating and maintaining HR SOPs
  • Managing employee records and documentation
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies
  • Improving retention and team satisfaction

Requirements

  • Relevant educational background in HR
  • 2-4 years of experience as an Executive or Generalist
  • Strong hiring and people-management experience
  • Experience working with remote teams
  • Excellent communication and decision-making skills
  • Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally
  • Organized, proactive, and system-oriented mindset
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, ClickUp/Notion (or similar)

Pay: Up to Rs100,000.00 per month
