Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Executive to join our team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate should be locally available, ready to join immediately, and have some knowledge or exposure to recruitment processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Assist in recruitment-related tasks such as posting job openings, shortlisting resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Maintain employee records and databases accurately.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls efficiently.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
  • Support the HR and recruitment team as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum high school diploma; additional certifications in administration or HR are a plus.
  • Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Locally available in Bahrain and able to join immediately.
