About the Role
We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our HR team in identifying, attracting, and hiring high‑quality talent across various roles. The ideal candidate must be currently based in Bahrain, able to join immediately, experienced in the full recruitment lifecycle, and knowledgeable about Bahrain Labour Law and local compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process: job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Draft clear job descriptions and post vacancies on Indeed, LinkedIn, and other job boards.
- Source and attract candidates through multiple channels including job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
- Conduct initial interviews, assess candidate fit, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Prepare and extend job offers, employment contracts, and ensure compliance with Bahrain Labour Law.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records, candidate databases, and ATS tracking.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline to support current and future hiring needs.
- Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment insights.
- Support employer branding initiatives and contribute to HR strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (Bahrain/GCC experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Bahrain Labour Law, HR compliance, and work permit/visa processes.
- Demonstrated experience with Indeed and other online recruitment platforms.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ready to join immediately and work on‑site in Bahrain.
