HR ADMIN

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Admin to provide administrative and operational support to our HR department. The ideal candidate should be based in Bahrain, able to join immediately, and have a good understanding of Bahrain Labour Law to ensure compliance in all HR administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment activities, including posting jobs on Indeed, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records.
  • Prepare and process offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation in line with Bahrain Labour Law.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and attendance/leave systems.
  • Support payroll processing by providing HR-related documentation and verification.
  • Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and labor regulations.
  • Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
  • Assist in HR reporting, compliance checks, and record-keeping for audits.
  • Support HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in HR administration or recruitment support.
  • Knowledge of Bahrain Labour Law, visa/work permit procedures, and HR compliance.
  • Experience posting jobs on Indeed or other recruitment platforms.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Immediate availability and residence in Bahrain.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with HRIS/ATS systems.
  • Interest in developing a career in HR and recruitment.
