About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Administrative Assistant cum HR to join our team. This dual-function role is central to the smooth day-to-day running of our office and the effective management of our people processes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, discreet, and comfortable switching between administrative tasks and HR responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Functions

The candidate will manage daily office operations, including handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, maintaining filing systems, and ensuring office supplies are adequately stocked. They will coordinate travel arrangements, prepare reports and presentations, They will also liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management to ensure a functional and welcoming office environment.

Human Resources Functions:

On the HR side, the candidate will support end-to-end recruitment activities including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding for new hires. They will maintain and update employee records, manage leave and attendance tracking, and assist in processing payroll data. The role also involves supporting the implementation of HR policies, organizing employee engagement activities, and handling general staff inquiries on HR matters. They will assist in coordinating performance appraisal cycles and preparing HR reports as needed.

Requirements:

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in an administrative or HR support role

Experience in a similar dual-function role is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED4,500.00 per month
