Responsibilities



  • Based on the company's strategic goals and the current situation of departmental talent needs and development, the recruitment system and work can be improved; a company-wide talent recruitment plan can be formulated.
  • Maintain and develop channels for qualified candidates for vacant positions; act as the contact person for candidate-related issues.
  • Employee relationship support; Employee training and development support; HR and administrative related work support.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree; Fluent in both Arabic and English.
  • Local people from the Middle East.
  • Candidates with experience in the internet industry will be given priority.
