About the Role
We are looking for a
Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
with strong experience in hiring for
technical roles across Europe
, along with solid exposure to the
Egyptian tech market
. You will play a key role in scaling our teams by partnering closely with stakeholders and delivering top-tier talent.
Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles across European markets

Source, screen, and assess candidates for roles such as Software Engineers, DevOps, QA, and Product

Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and provide strategic input

Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across multiple European countries

Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Utilize and optimize ATS systems for efficient recruitment tracking and reporting

Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring practices in Europe and Egypt

Drive recruitment strategies to meet hiring targets and timelines
Requirements
-
5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition (focus on technical hiring)
-
Proven experience hiring across Europe (UK, Germany, Netherlands, etc.)

Strong knowledge of the Egyptian tech talent market
-
Hands-on experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, etc.)

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Nice to Have
