Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong experience in hiring for technical roles across Europe , along with solid exposure to the Egyptian tech market . You will play a key role in scaling our teams by partnering closely with stakeholders and delivering top-tier talent.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles across European markets
  • Source, screen, and assess candidates for roles such as Software Engineers, DevOps, QA, and Product
  • Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and provide strategic input
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across multiple European countries
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Utilize and optimize ATS systems for efficient recruitment tracking and reporting
  • Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring practices in Europe and Egypt
  • Drive recruitment strategies to meet hiring targets and timelines


Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition (focus on technical hiring)
  • Proven experience hiring across Europe (UK, Germany, Netherlands, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of the Egyptian tech talent market
  • Hands-on experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, etc.)
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)


Nice to Have

  • Experience in remote/global hiring environments
  • Familiarity with employer branding and talent mapping
  • Experience working in startups or scaling companies
