Key Responsibilities1. Human Resources Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment and hiring process including job postings, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Handle attendance, leave records, and employee documentation.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing attendance and leave data.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Address employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
- Coordinate training, development, and performance evaluations.
- Prepare HR reports for management.
2. Administrative Responsibilities
- Manage office administration and daily operational activities.
- Supervise office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and utilities.
- Handle travel arrangements, meetings, and company events.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing systems.
- Ensure a safe, organized, and efficient office environment.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and time management abilities
- Knowledge of HR policies and labor laws
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in HR or administration (preferred)
