Key Responsibilities1. Human Resources Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment and hiring process including job postings, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Handle attendance, leave records, and employee documentation.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing attendance and leave data.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Address employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
  • Coordinate training, development, and performance evaluations.
  • Prepare HR reports for management.

2. Administrative Responsibilities

  • Manage office administration and daily operational activities.
  • Supervise office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and utilities.
  • Handle travel arrangements, meetings, and company events.
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing systems.
  • Ensure a safe, organized, and efficient office environment.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational and time management abilities
  • Knowledge of HR policies and labor laws
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR or administration (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs33,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
