HR Manager

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Recruitment Manager to lead the hiring process across our group of companies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent across multiple departments and business units.

The Recruitment Manager will directly report to the General Manager and play a key role in building a strong workforce to support the company’s growth and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all companies within the group.
• Develop and implement effective hiring strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs and workforce planning.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, recruitment agencies, and professional networks.
• Screen applications, conduct interviews, and shortlist candidates for final selection.
• Maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Prepare recruitment reports and provide hiring updates to the General Manager.
• Lead and improve recruitment systems, processes, and employer branding initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a multi-company environment.
• Strong knowledge of modern recruitment tools, job portals, and LinkedIn sourcing.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.

• Working hours would be 10 am – 07 pm PKT (Monday to Friday)
• Its Karachi-based on-site role, office is located in The Forum Mall, Clifton block 9.
