Job Title: HR Officer

Location: Clifton, Karachi
Timings: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Logon Broadband Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a HR Officer to join our HR team at our Clifton office. This is an excellent opportunity for early-career candidates who wish to build a career in Human Resources. Training will be provided.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting jobs, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
• Handle employee onboarding and orientation for new hires.
• Maintain employee records, HR database, and personnel files.
• Prepare HR documentation such as offer letters, appointment letters, experience letters, and warning letters.
• Maintain attendance, leave records, and employee data.
• Support employee engagement activities and HR policy implementation.
• Handle basic employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• Experience: 1 to 2 years
• Must have a presentable personality and professional attitude
• Strong verbal communication skills and good phone etiquette
• Proficiency of MS Office is a plus
• Willingness to learn and work in an HR environment
