HR Officer (Recruitment & Employee Engagement)

Job Purpose

To manage the end-to-end recruitment process and support employee engagement initiatives that enhance workplace culture, employee satisfaction, and organizational productivity.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle including job postings, CV screening, candidate shortlisting, and interview coordination.
  • Conduct initial interviews and assist hiring managers in candidate evaluation.
  • Maintain and update the company’s CV database and talent pipeline.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.
  • Prepare offer letters and assist in onboarding new employees.
  • Ensure timely hiring to meet organizational staffing needs.

Employee Engagement

  • Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Organize celebrations and awareness activities such as Independence Day, Women’s Day, Health Awareness Days, and other company events.
  • Coordinate employee birthday celebrations, recognition activities, and appreciation initiatives.
  • Arrange employee gifts, festive giveaways, and appreciation tokens on special occasions.
  • Support HR in organizing team-building activities and employee events.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

2–3 years of relevant experience in HR, specifically talent acquisition and OD.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
