Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager who can lead our human resources operations and build a strong, disciplined, and productive team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and implementing HR strategies that support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete recruitment process (job posting, interviewing, hiring).
- Handle employee onboarding and termination processes professionally.
- Maintain discipline and ensure company policies are followed by all staff.
- Oversee daily HR operations and team management.
- Develop and implement HR strategies to improve productivity and workplace culture.
- Resolve employee issues and maintain a positive work environment.
- Build and strengthen teams through training and team-building activities.
- Monitor employee performance and coordinate with management for improvements.
- Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with company policies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle hiring, employee management, and conflict resolution.
- Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Organizational and decision-making skills.
