HR Manager

Job Type: Full-time
Location: North Karachi (On-site)

Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager who can lead our human resources operations and build a strong, disciplined, and productive team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and implementing HR strategies that support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete recruitment process (job posting, interviewing, hiring).
  • Handle employee onboarding and termination processes professionally.
  • Maintain discipline and ensure company policies are followed by all staff.
  • Oversee daily HR operations and team management.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to improve productivity and workplace culture.
  • Resolve employee issues and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Build and strengthen teams through training and team-building activities.
  • Monitor employee performance and coordinate with management for improvements.
  • Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to handle hiring, employee management, and conflict resolution.
  • Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Organizational and decision-making skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience managing teams in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to improve company structure.
