Learning and Development Executive

Job Title: Learning and Development Executive

Location: Dubai, UAE

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and curate a wide range of learning content, including leadership development, soft skills training, technical skills training, and compliance modules.
  • Utilize instructional design principles to create effective and engaging learning materials (e.g., e-learning modules, facilitator guides, presentations, job aids, videos).
  • Source and manage relationships with external training vendors and consultants when necessary
  • Facilitate and deliver engaging training sessions across various formats e.g. in-person workshops.
  • Manage all training programs, including scheduling, communications, venue setup, and materials preparation.
  • Implement evaluation strategies to measure the effectiveness and business impact of training programs.
  • Analyze feedback and learning metrics to continuously improve and iterate on L&D offerings.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on L&D activities, participation, and outcomes.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and self-directed development across the organization.
  • Support the launch and management of mentorship, coaching, and peer-to-peer learning initiatives.
  • Stay current with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in L&D and adult learning.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years in a dedicated Learning & Development role.
