Job Title: Learning and Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and curate a wide range of learning content, including leadership development, soft skills training, technical skills training, and compliance modules.
- Utilize instructional design principles to create effective and engaging learning materials (e.g., e-learning modules, facilitator guides, presentations, job aids, videos).
- Source and manage relationships with external training vendors and consultants when necessary
- Facilitate and deliver engaging training sessions across various formats e.g. in-person workshops.
- Manage all training programs, including scheduling, communications, venue setup, and materials preparation.
- Implement evaluation strategies to measure the effectiveness and business impact of training programs.
- Analyze feedback and learning metrics to continuously improve and iterate on L&D offerings.
- Prepare and present regular reports on L&D activities, participation, and outcomes.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and self-directed development across the organization.
- Support the launch and management of mentorship, coaching, and peer-to-peer learning initiatives.
- Stay current with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in L&D and adult learning.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years in a dedicated Learning & Development role.
