Job Overview :
Senior Executive Education Officer is responsible for guiding, supporting, and organizing the management of strategic and general administrative arrangements of the Executive Education department and provide comprehensive support to the department as well as School management with a view of enhancing efficiency and creating new business opportunities and meaningful programs.
Key Duties and Responsibility :
1- Create trainers pool and efficiently manage knowledge transfer to trainers, coordinate the co-creation of a training action plan, follow-up on plan implementation, and team decisions to ensure team building.
2- Take part in meetings with the internal and external trainers to negotiate training topics, and to stay up-to-date on best practices in the market and the latest theories.
3- Manage the training budget by ensuring the availability of cash to manage all logistical arrangements for all executive education programs.
4- Monitor and assist with budget preparation and ensure that all programs budget revenues as well as expenditures are strictly adhered to.
5- Coordinate with the Executive Education officers to ensure that they have the capability and resources to fulfill the program of meetings as proposed.
6- Supervise, review and confirm book orders, Course material and library reserves.
7- Supervise and arrange copying and distribution of hard -copy program handouts, if required, working closely with the Administrative Affairs team.
8- Supervise and support coordinating arrangements for course events working closely with the Events team, including setting the budget, find dates, make room reservations, order material, approve catering, submit receipts, etc.
9- Work closely with the Program Manager and prepare statistical data and reports on services and mobilization of resources for the meetings as deemed appropriate.
10- Arrange for certification on completion of the program.
11- Negotiate and resolve problems that might arise from Executive Education programs and negotiate changes in dates and provisions of training services as deemed appropriate.
12- Ensure that training requirements are met in terms of services and facilities as requested by the partners in the contract; and act as the focal point for meetings, training workshops, and seminars.
13- Evaluates executive education programs offered by the department and prepare a report on each one.
14- Prepares the annual executive education brochure and recommends marketing strategy.
15- Control and monitor Smart Executive Education programs through smart devices
16- Perform other related duties as required.
