What Awaits You, What Will Be Your Responsibilities?

Design and implement learning and development strategies aligned with the company’s vision and business objectives

Build, maintain, and continuously evolve the organization’s competency framework; identify future-focused skill and capability requirements
-
Plan and manage upskilling and reskilling initiatives; integrate emerging technologies and learning trends into the learning ecosystem
-
Conduct needs analyses and develop roadmaps for functional academies and leadership development programs
-
Design, deliver, and manage effective learning and development programs for employees
-
Select and manage internal and external learning content; integrate best-in-class learning tools and platforms into L&D programs
-
Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), including content administration, user management, training assignments, and tracking processes
-
Monitor and analyze participation, progress, completion, and assessment data through the LMS
-
Develop and implement learning analytics approaches to measure learning effectiveness, impact, and return on investment (ROI)
-
Analyze learning data (engagement, completion rates, assessment outcomes, and performance indicators) to generate actionable insights
-
Prepare dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement across L&D initiatives

Lead digital transformation efforts within the L&D function and develop innovative learning solutions
What will be the qualifications we expect from you?

Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Social Sciences, Business Administration, or Engineering)

Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English
-
Minimum of 4–5 years of experience in Learning and Development

Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), including administration and reporting
-
Experience in learning analytics, reporting, or data-driven L&D practices is a strong asset
-
Solid knowledge of corporate learning and development processes

Proficiency in MS Office applications
