Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development Manager to design, implement, and drive learning initiatives across the organization. This role will focus on building capability not only within Sales, but across all departments, ensuring continuous development, performance improvement, and alignment with business objectives.
The ideal candidate will have prior real estate experience, strong stakeholder management skills, and the flexibility to travel internationally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive learning and development strategies across departments
- Design and deliver training programs covering onboarding, functional skills, leadership development, and soft skills.
- Conduct training needs analysis in collaboration with department heads.
- Create structured learning frameworks, training calendars, and competency development plans.
- Deliver in-person and virtual training sessions as required.
- Measure training effectiveness and continuously improve learning initiatives.
- Coordinate with external trainers, consultants, and content providers when required.
- Support change management and performance improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Education, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 6–8 years of Learning & Development experience, with mandatory real estate industry exposure.
- Proven experience training cross-functional teams, not limited to sales.
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Russian language proficiency is preferred.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel internationally.
- Experience working in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.
- Strong planning, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
