Job Summary:

The Learning & Development Officer is responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating training and development programs that enhance employee skills, performance, and career growth. The role supports organizational goals by building a strong learning culture and ensuring continuous professional development across all levels.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identify training / learning needs through performance reviews, skills gap analysis, and stakeholder consultations
  • Design, coordinate, and deliver training programs (in-house, external, classroom, virtual, and e-learning)
  • Develop training materials, manuals, presentations, and learning resources
  • Coordinate with department heads to align training initiatives with business objectives
  • Monitor training effectiveness using feedback, assessments, and performance metrics
  • Maintain accurate training records, attendance, and reports
  • Manage relationships with external training providers and facilitators
  • Support leadership development, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant labor or regulatory requirements

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven 2 or more years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or HR roles
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills
  • Knowledge of training methodologies, adult learning principles, and LMS platforms
  • Ability to assess training needs and evaluate program effectiveness
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and learning tools
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
