Learning & Development Manager – Real Estate (Sales Focus)

Role Overview

Major Developments is looking for an experienced Learning & Development Manager to own sales training, onboarding, and continuous development for our in-house sales team and external broker network.

This is a hands-on, commercial L&D role, focused on building high-performing real estate sales professionals — from new joiners with zero experience to active consultants — and ensuring consistent, confident selling of Major Developments’ projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Coach and develop the current sales team through practical, performance-driven training.
• Design and deliver end-to-end onboarding programs for new joiners (from 0 to deal-ready).
• Lead project and product training for new launches, including positioning, USPs, pricing logic, and objection handling.
• Conduct training sessions for external brokers and partner agencies.
• Own the sales onboarding process, learning paths, assessments, and readiness checks.
• Create and maintain structured training materials, playbooks, and sales frameworks.
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure training aligns with business goals.

Requirements

• Fluent Russian and English – mandatory.
• Proven experience in real estate sales training, ideally within a real estate developer environment.
• Strong understanding of off-plan sales, developer products, and broker-driven sales models.
• Hands-on experience coaching sales teams and delivering practical training.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Commercial mindset — training must drive measurable sales performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
