Assistant Manager Training

As an Assistant Training Manager you will be responsible for creating, managing, and updating engaging learning content while administering the Learning Management System (LMS) and Managing sales and sales support trainings.


Job Responsibility-

  • Conduct effective induction, orientation and site tour sessions for Azizi new joiners.
  • Conducting skill gap analysis by interaction with HODs, mock role-plays, quiz and assessments with sales and non-sales teams.
  • Conducting product training, refresher trainings, broker training, OJTs and process trainings to ensure skill and knowledge of each individual is at par.
  • Provide updates on industry trends and best practices in real estate.
  • Creating and maintain project handouts, presentations, e-learning modules, quizzes, instruction materials and learning aids.
  • Designing training workshop and programs in the mentioned budgets.
  • Collect training feedback and maintain the record of training impact for identifying ROI.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and multi-task.


Requirements & skills-

  • Bachelor’s degree from relevant university.
  • Should have over 5 years’ experience working in a corporate environment.
  • Experience of Real Estate sales or Banking is preferred.
  • Must be Bilingual - Arabic and English speaking
  • Hands-on experience with Presentation Software’s (Microsoft Presentations, Canva etc)
  • Proficient Public Speaker and possess Presentation skills.
  • Additional certification in training is a plus.
  • Comfortable with travel across Azizi projects and stands.
