Job Description:

Training Administration & Coordination

  • Schedule online or in-person training sessions and workshops, ensuring employee notifications, software availability, proper resources and facility setup as needed.
  • Register employees for certification exams and training events and follow-up on payment with accounts and inform travel unit as needed.
  • Add training and certification records in the TMS database, with all pertaining details: vendor, learning domain, cost, Pass or Fail, expiry date, evaluation, etc.
  • Understand company training requirements as well as certification requirements to guide employees in preparing for the exams.
  • Contact and review vendors proposals.
  • Monitor training effectiveness through evaluations and employees’ feedback, and report threshold values.
  • Track attendance, accreditations and certifications to ensure proper update of employees’ records, and issue relevant reports.
  • Assign employees to Induction training courses.
  • Perform basic administration tasks in Dar Academy: edit updates to induction training courses, etc.


Library and Country Codes Repository Administration

  • Maintain and update Dar’s library holdings and post digital materials in the reference center.
  • Add and update country codes received from different areas in the common repository.


Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, HR or any related field of study
  • Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication skills, with good attention to details
