The Learning & Development Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing training programs that enhance employee skills, support career development, and drive organizational performance. This role ensures training initiatives are aligned with business objectives and contribute to a culture of continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities across teams.

Design and deliver engaging training programs (classroom, virtual, and e-learning).

Develop learning content, training manuals, and supporting materials.

Partner with managers and HR to align L&D strategies with business goals.

Track and measure training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance improvements.

Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure up-to-date and accessible content.

Organize leadership development, onboarding, and career pathing programs.

Stay updated on L&D best practices, tools, and technologies to recommend improvements.

Support change management and culture initiatives through tailored learning interventions.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or related field.

3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or Talent Development.

Strong knowledge of instructional design, adult learning principles, and training evaluation models.

Proficiency in e-learning tools, LMS platforms, and content development software.

Excellent facilitation, coaching, and presentation skills.

Strong analytical skills to evaluate training effectiveness and ROI.

Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
