About the Role:
Responsible for creating and implementing training programs and overseeing the development of careers. L&D Specialist responsibilities include but not limited to, identifying training needs based on skills gap analyses, developing group and individual learning courses, and managing the training budget.
Responsibilities:
Identifying and assessing the training needs of the organization through job analysis, career paths, and consultation with managersDeveloping and implementing learning strategies and programsDesigning e-learning courses, workshops and other trainingsEvaluating the effectiveness of training programs and recommending improvementsMaintaining updated curriculum database and training recordsManaging and maintaining in-house training facilities and equipmentResearching and recommending new training methods, like gamificationCollaborating with various stakeholders including managers, subject matter experts, and external vendors to design, develop, and deliver high-impact learning solutionsConducting follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure resultsKeeping up-to-date with developments in learning and development by reading relevant journals, going to meetings and attending relevant courses Qualifications:
Education: Business Administration/Human Resource ManagementMaster Degree in Human Resources Management is preferred
