Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Financial Specialist to lead and oversee all financial operations within the company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounting activities, payroll, bank reconciliations, payments, and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all daily financial operations.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly and annual financial reports.
  • Review and process payroll files and ensure accurate bank submissions.
  • Conduct monthly bank reconciliations and monitor account balances.
  • Supervise expense tracking, budgeting, and cash flow management.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and accounting standards.
  • Develop and improve financial procedures and internal controls.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure data accuracy and support decision-making.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4–5 years of experience in finance or accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of banking systems and ERP/accounting software.
  • Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and leadership abilities.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic (preferred).
