We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Learning & Development Specialist to support the design, implementation, and delivery of training and professional development initiatives across the organization. This role will partner with leaders and employees to identify training needs, enhance employee performance, and promote a culture of continuous learning and growth.
The ideal candidate is passionate about employee development, experienced in adult learning principles, and capable of managing multiple training initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Design, coordinate, and facilitate training programs for employees and leadership teams.

Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.

Develop engaging learning materials, presentations, job aids, and e-learning content.

Support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.

Track and measure training effectiveness through evaluations, feedback, and performance metrics.

Maintain training records and ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.

Collaborate with department leaders to create development plans aligned with business objectives.

Coordinate external training vendors, workshops, and professional development initiatives.

Promote employee engagement and continuous learning initiatives across the organization.

Stay updated on industry trends, learning technologies, and best practices in training and development.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Organizational Development, or related field.

Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, Human Resources, or a related area.

Experience facilitating in-person and virtual training sessions.

Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Strong organizational and project management abilities.

Ability to build relationships and influence at all organizational levels.

Creative mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

Experience developing e-learning or digital training content is a plus.
