Learning and Development Specialist Coordinator

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Learning & Development Specialist Coordinator to manage and support the company’s training programs. This role will focus on coordinating the full training lifecycle, collaborating with subject matter experts, managing training content, and ensuring smooth adoption of learning initiatives across the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle) with training programs in collaboration with SMEs.
  • Coordinate the full training cycle, including scheduling, trainer onboarding, and sharing outcomes.
  • Maintain trainer pool and track training completion for new and transitioning employees.
  • Develop and update accurate training content and resources with SMEs.
  • Ensure materials remain current through version control and change management.
  • Integrate training into daily workflows to support practical application.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of relevant experience; degree in Business Analytics, Business & IT, or related field.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear training content; LMS (Moodle) experience is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel for reports, trackers, and performance monitoring.
  • Strong writing, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Effective coordination and follow-up; able to work independently and cross-functionally.
  • Detail-oriented with focus on quality and consistency.
