Trainer (Domestic Contact Center)

  • Location: Lahore
  • Education: Intermediate/Graduation
  • Experience: At least 02 years of experience for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs for our call center representatives. Proven experience as a Call Center Trainer or similar role, preferably in a call center environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop comprehensive training programs for call center representatives, covering product knowledge, objection handling, and customer service.

· Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires, ensuring they are well-prepared to meet performance expectations.

· Organize and facilitate ongoing training sessions to enhance the skills of existing team members.

· Assess the training needs of individuals and the team and tailor programs accordingly.

· Provide constructive feedback to representatives to help them improve their performance.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
