Learning And Development Specialist (LMS)

About the Role


We are seeking a Technical Specialist in e-Learning Administration to support the

development and implementation of Konecta’s e-Learning model and methodology. This

role is responsible for managing and optimizing the LMS platform to deliver training across

the organization. Also, you will play a key part in building engaging learning experiences

across projects and training pathways.


Key Responsibilities


• Perform operational administration of the LMS platform, including user

management (registrations, removals), enrollments, reporting, campus and course

creation, and incident resolution.

• Manage functional administration of Moodle (preferably Moodle Workplace) at a

global level.

• Analyze platform performance and identify areas for improvement; optimize

processes and administration workflows.

• Design instructional content for operational training programs.

• Create and digitize Virtual Learning Objects (OVAs) under the guidance of e-

Learning specialists.

• Adapt instructional designs provided by Learning & HR and Operations when

required.

• Receive training in OVAs, virtualization, authoring tools, instructional design, and

the DidactiK platform for content administration.


Required Qualifications


• Bachelor’s degree or higher education in Engineering, Computer Science,

Mathematics, or related fields.

• Proven experience in LMS administration, preferably with Moodle.

• Strong proficiency in advanced IT tools and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).

• Experience in training delivery and understanding operational processes.

• Additional experience in programming, BI, and application administration is a plus.

• Experience in instructional design and/or multimedia content creation for training.
