About The Role:

The L&D Coordinator is a key member of the Learning and Development team who contributes to developing, implementing, and evaluating learning experiences.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Psychology or equivalent.
  • Entry level role to develop a career in L&D, especially in learning design and development for a global and fast-growing organization.
  • Fluent in English, and ideally a second language such as Mandarin and Korean.
  • Proficient in using MS Office products, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Exposure and interest in using digital learning tools, such as Camtasia and Articulate.

Responsibilities:

  • Create learning content to support program designs across our learning strategy, e.g., video scripts, case studies, simulations, assessments, etc.
  • Use digital tools to build interactive online learning experiences for a global audience.
  • Edit learning content and offer recommendations to continuously improve writing and content development guidelines.
  • Use functionality from the Learning Management System to bring even more user-centric learner experiences.
  • Create surveys and reports to capture metrics in the L&D Dashboard and contribute to drawing key insights on L&D programs.
  • Develop communications to maximize awareness about L&D events and resources.
  • Implement L&D programs, e.g., organize translations, manage the L&D Calendar, etc.
  • Contribute to developing and continuously improving learning processes and systems.
  • Participate in various projects for accelerated career development and obtain recognition with a leading L&D professional organization.
