Learning & Development Intern - Summer 2026

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Learning & Development Intern to support our People Development & Organizational Effectiveness department located in our Dallas, TX office. This is a paid summer internship opportunity with housing provided if needed.

Through this internship, you will gain hands-on experience in shaping employee growth and learning. As an intern, you'll play a key role in preparing curriculum materials, supporting course facilitation, managing administrative tasks, and working within our Learning Management System (LMS). This is a great opportunity to build skills in training coordination and talent development while contributing to impactful learning initiatives.

Responsibilities :

• Assist in preparing curriculum materials for training programs
• Provide administrative support for course logistics and scheduling
• Help facilitate learning sessions and workshops
• Work within the Learning Management System (LMS) to manage course content and enrollment
• Coordinate with instructors and participants to ensure smooth course delivery
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of training processes and materials

Required Degree Background:

• Rising junior or senior pursuing an undergraduate degree or master’s in Education, Psychology, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field
• Minimum of 3.0 grade point average

Required Skills/Knowledge:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or ability to quickly learn
• Ability to manage digital files and course materials efficiently
