We are urgently looking for Learning and Development Manager for one of the Semi Government organization at Vadodara location.

Job Description:-

1. Competency & Capability Building:
- To Prepare comprehensive plan for competency development matrix.

2. Training & Development:
-To identify Training needs identification matrix for their nomination.
-Training Evaluation of Employees
3. Reviews of New Joined Employees &Trainees
4. Monthly Training MIS
5. Training Module in ERP/SAP
6. PMS (Performance Management System)
7. Employee Engagement &HR Projects
8. To organize training, expert lecture within sanctioned budget.
