Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Learning & Development (L&D) Officer to join our Human Resources Department.

At SSEM, you will play a key role in supporting employee development across critical infrastructure projects that shape the future of water and power systems in Saudi Arabia. Location: Riyadh


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and implementing learning and development programs.
  • Coordinate internal and external training sessions, workshops, and certifications.
  • Support training needs assessments in coordination with department managers.
  • Maintain training records, attendance logs, and employee development plans.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and prepare post-training reports.
  • Manage communication with training providers and consultants.
  • Assist in developing learning materials and presentations.
  • Ensure compliance with L&D policies and procedures across the organization.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
  • 6 months to 2 years of experience in Learning & Development or HR.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to create and organize learning materials.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to join immediately .
