We're seeking a truly dynamic professional to deliver industry-leading training across hospitality, guest experience, leadership, and behavioral programs.
In this pivotal role, you will facilitate high impact learning experiences for teams across all our global locations. Excitingly, your remit includes international contact centers, stations across our network, lounges, flight operations, cabin crew, and corporate functions.
You will apply modern principles, adapt your delivery to varied operational environments, and ensure every session is engaging, relevant, and standards-driven.
As a pivotal lead facilitator in our training environment, you will spearhead transformative Train the Trainer programs, certify facilitators, and elevate organisational capabilities through strategic, insightful observations, and comprehensive performance evaluations.
Your expertise will ensure global and regional curricula are effectively delivered and sensitively localised, working closely with content designers to maintain a contemporary, learner-centered approach.
You will also deliver blended, virtual, and digitally enabled learning using LMS/LXP platforms, simulations, and interactive tools to empower learners to navigate digital pathways with confidence.
With a strong focus on cultural intelligence, you will tailor your facilitation style to multicultural and multilingual audiences while continuously measuring training effectiveness and recommending improvements that reinforce operational performance.

Degree qualified, you will demonstrate a minimum of 7 years in Learning and Development with a strong track record in delivering and facilitating training programs across diverse, multicultural, and operational environments.
You are expected to possess a background in the aviation industry, and a willingness to travel extensively across regions as required.
