Learning & Development Specialist

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

• Experience in the banking sector

• Experience in training/consulting within technology or e-commerce companies is a plus

• Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed

• Prior experience delivering training for technology/telecom companies is highly desirable

• Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills

• Proficiency in English sufficient to deliver training sessions

Job Description

• Deliver training programs to customers and partners on DT Cloud’s cloud solutions, products, and technologies

• Design and deliver training content tailored for banking, finance, technology, and e-commerce sectors

• Create, update, and improve training materials (presentations, documents, videos, etc.)

• Collect and analyze participant feedback after trainings and drive continuous improvement

• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure content remains aligned with the latest technologies

• Conduct on-site or in-person trainings at customer locations, in other cities, or sectors as needed
