Overview:
As an L&D Specialist – German Speaker, you will support Learning & Development activities for Germany. You will play a key role in coordinating trainings, managing L&D tools and data, and ensuring smooth execution of mandatory learning and onboarding processes in close collaboration with German stakeholders.
Responsibilities:

Coordinate Learning & Development activities for Germany in alignment with local stakeholders

Capture, align, and support L&D needs with HR and business partners in Germany

Coordinate the planning and implementation of training measures

Act as the main point of contact for external training providers

Administer and maintain HR and Learning tools

Ensure correct usage, data accuracy, and day‑to‑day system support

Set up and manage mandatory trainings in the respective systems
-
Monitor training completion rates

Prepare reports, status updates, and overviews for Germany

Maintain and update intranet pages related to HR topics and Learning & Development
-
Ensure transparent and up‑to‑date communication for employees
-
Coordinate onboarding‑related Learning & Development activities.
Qualifications:
