***Applicants should be available and willing to work on-site and/or from home depending on business needs.*** Learning & Development Specialist - Workplace Mental HealthLast day to apply: Tuesday, November 11th, 2025.This position is available in the following countries: America: Las VegasSoutheast Asia: PhilippinesEastern Europe: BulgariaPosition OverviewA specialized Learning & Development role focused on designing, implementing, and evaluating learning initiatives that promote both professional growth and mental well-being within the organization. This position combines traditional L&D responsibilities with a specific emphasis on mental health awareness, communicating around mental health, mental health first aid, stress management, psychological health and safety and similar topics. Reports to the L&D Manager and supports HR, well-being, operational and functional areas across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and deliver comprehensive learning programs and training sessions on mental health awareness, stress and psychological safety (or other topics as required)Lead the implementation and management of mental health first aid and ally programs regionallyCreate innovative learning experiencesFacilitate workshops and discussions promoting open dialogue about mental healthSupport the implementation of regional and global L&D strategiesDesign and maintain eLearning content in the LMSProvide regular monitoring, evaluation and reporting on program effectiveness and completion ratesRequirementsBachelor's degree in Learning & Development, Psychology, HR, Social Work, Occupational Health, or related field3-5 years of L&D experience with experience of mental health in the workplaceProven experience in instructional design and training deliveryProficient English language skills (B2+ level)Advanced proficiency in MS Office and Google WorkspaceExperience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)Certifications or qualifications in mental health and well-being (preferred)Meeting or exceeding all metrics in your current role for the last 3 monthsMinimum of 95% attendanceMinimum of 1 year as a TELUS Digital employeeMinimum of 1 year in the current position and current account/departmentNo active hints for success (above hint 3 for GT)Schedule flexibility - RequiredCore CompetenciesStrong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build rapportDemonstrated commitment to mental health advocacy and awarenessEvidence-based approach to L&D program developmentExcellence in presentation and facilitationAbility to work independently and as part of a global teamStrong project management and organizational skillsAdaptability and resilience in a dynamic environmentCultural sensitivity and awarenessCommitment to continuous learning and professional developmentResults-oriented with strong analytical and evaluation skillsThis role requires a unique combination of traditional L&D expertise and specialized knowledge in mental health and well-being, making it ideal for candidates passionate about fostering both professional growth and psychological safety in the workplace.Equal Opportunity EmployerAt TELUS Digital, we are proud to be an equal opportunity employer and are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
