What awaits you in this role?

This role is your gateway to making a real impact on people, processes, and performance while advancing your expertise in learning & development. You'll play a key role in shaping technical development by fostering upskilling and reskilling initiatives within the organization. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to lead and contribute to high-impact HR projects, gaining valuable cross-functional experience. By designing impactful training programs, driving technical growth, and leading innovative learning solutions, you'll empower employees and elevate business success.

Our L&D team achieves results by being transparent and open, human oriented, building sincere communication, being equitable, efficient, and knowledgeable and being adaptive to the change easily.

Our L&D Team has in collaborating learning opportunities. The team member takes part in development of L&D processes and tracks new trends in L&D world with continuous curiosity in order to take training one step forward.

What are we looking for in this position?

  • Experience is preference criteria for candidates; L&D specialist role at least 3 years in a global company and being experienced in improving some data projects about L&D System. We also expect the candidate to have experience in areas such as analytics, data analysis, software languages and educational technology development.
  • Design, development and implementation of the training delivery plan including training materials, timings, locations, training standards and measurement of the training,
  • Enhance the technical skills and capabilities of employees by designing and conducting training programs,
  • Enables technical development by fostering upskilling /reskilling practices for the organization,
  • Partners with Koç Holding L&D team for deployment & execution of Koç Group wide technical development strategies and processes,
  • To be aware of new trends and tools in employee development,
  • To partner effectively with HR Business Partners,
  • To be a leader or team member of ad-hoc HR projects as necessary,
  • To lead the implementation and continuous management of the LMS, and to be the point of contact,
  • To support the Graduate Development Programme by providing development and learning solutions,
  • To carry out capability assessments across the organisation,
  • Designing blended learning solutions,
  • Using digital tools to create flexible and innovative learning programmes,
  • Applying adult learning theories to ensure employees get the best out of their development,
  • Automation of training and development data reporting,
  • To identify training needs and create an annual training program and prepare plans.
