Frazer, a leading builder of emergency medical vehicles, is currently seeking a Learning & Development Technology Specialist to join our team. The Learning & Development Technology Specialist at Frazer reports to the Training & Development Supervisor, and is responsible for mastering our Learning Management System (LMS), integrating it with multiple organizational platforms, and driving employee development through digital learning and mobile accessibility initiatives.

This position is expected to actively live out Frazer Core Values while working with Frazer employees, vendors, and customers to help achieve team, department, and corporate goals. Responsible for learning and reinforcing safe and proper work procedures while actively following Frazer Safety programs and other policies outlined in the Employee Handbook.


What Does a Week in the Life of the Learning & Development Technology Specialist Look Like?
  • Master and administer the LMS with expert-level proficiency, career pathways, workflows integrating Culture Index behavioral data, and mobile learning architecture.
  • Partner with SMEs to identify, capture, and document undocumented expertise across all areas using video and multimedia tools, transforming it into accessible SWIs, training modules, and reference materials.
  • Build and maintain analytics dashboards to track employee development, succession planning, and advancement readiness.
  • Manage LMS platform user administration, security settings, reporting systems, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Integrate LMS with organizational platforms like UKG, Safety Skills LMS, WRIKE, Culture Index, and Google Workspace.
  • Establish peer teaching platforms for SMEs and maintain content standards, quality, and version control.
  • Support HR with succession planning dashboards and employee development tracking.
  • Provide platform training and support to managers, employees, and stakeholders across the organization.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to training technologies.
  • Participate in special projects or cross-departmental initiatives as needed.
  • Assist with coordination of training events, workshops, and employee communication.

Required Education and Experience:
  • 3+ years of experience in LMS administration and training technology

  • Demonstrated experience with multimedia content creation and learning systems integration
  • Proficiency in data analytics, dashboards, and reporting tools
  • Experience supporting cross-functional training initiatives.


Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Technology, Learning & Development, Human Resources, or related field
  • Experience in manufacturing or industrial training environments
  • Knowledge of Culture Index assessments and succession planning frameworks
  • Familiarity with mobile learning design for hands-free or voice navigation

Oh, and $alary
Of course, we didn't forget salary… Frazer offers competitive pay and this role will start with a salary between $70,000.00 - $78,000.00 annually depending on education, certifications, and experience.

Work Schedule
The Learning & Development Technology Specialist will work Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Late afternoon/evening/weekend/call-out service hours may be required as needed. Work schedules may change to accommodate production needs.
