Job Title: Learning Experience Designer (Automotive Specialist)
Location: Remote, 10% domestic travel
Department: Learning & Development
Reports to: VP, People and Organizational Development
Role Type: Full-Time
We’re looking for a strategic and innovative Learning Experience Designer with expertise in the automotive industry’s business ecosystem, particularly across sales operations, service delivery, OEM-dealer relations, and the evolving customer experience landscape.
You will design, develop, and deliver impactful learning experiences tailored for automotive professionals, from dealership staff to OEM corporate teams. Your role will ensure learning is aligned with real-world business challenges, sales goals, and brand priorities, helping our clients upskill their workforce and improve performance.

We are a bi-coastal team, our West Coast office is in Burbank, CA and our East Coast office is in Mount Laurel, NJ. Our L&D team is dispersed nationally. In this role, you will be working 100% remotely.
