What You’ll Do
- Deliver engaging face‑to‑face and virtual training that meets course objectives and aligns with business needs.
- Plan, organise, and manage your time effectively to deliver programmes in line with class schedules.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of regulatory, procedural, and client‑specific requirements, ensuring accurate and compliant delivery.
- Provide leadership and support to learners throughout their training journey.
- Offer production support for virtual classes and learning initiatives when required.
- Use and support learners with client systems such as Webex, Degreed, and other digital tools.
- Collaborate closely with the wider Delivery Team to maximise capability and consistency across the group.
- Contribute expertise to the design and enhancement of new and existing learning programmes.
- Evaluate training using the appropriate tools and systems, using insights to improve course and personal effectiveness.
- Build strong, value‑adding relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve delivery‑related issues, ensuring the right stakeholders take timely action.
Maintain accurate records in the Instructor Diary and ensure all mandatory processes and training requirements are met.
What You Bring
- Proven experience delivering in‑person and virtual training.
- Strong capability with virtual platforms such as MS Teams, Webex, and Degreed.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt your style to suit different audiences.
- Strong relationship‑building skills and a professional, service‑oriented approach.
- Understanding of sales processes and related subject matter (desirable).
Familiarity with the wider learning cycle and a willingness to share feedback and contribute ideas.
