Learning Management System Administrator

🌍 Foundever is scaling its Digital Services team and we’re on the hunt for two CX Enablement/LMS Specialist to join our Global Digital Services team.

What you’ll do:

• Lead platform rollouts, upgrades, performance monitoring and troubleshooting ⚙️
• Design microlearning, gamification, scenario-based simulations and AI coaching workflows 🎮🤖
• Translate business needs into measurable learning solutions with clear KPIs and analytics 📈
• Collaborate across Practice, PM and Enablement teams to embed operational excellence 🤝

What we’re looking for:

• 2+ years in a similar role; experience with global engagements preferred 🌐
• Hands-on with Centrical (missions, KPIs, dashboards, coaching, integrations) and exposure to Zenarate 🎯
• Strong instructional design background (microlearning, gamification, simulations) and data-driven mindset 🧠
