Job Title: Trainer/Curriculum-Based Learning Facilitator
Program: PMMI
Salary: $55,000- $60,000 (Based on experience and educational achievements)

General Responsibilities:

Catholic Guardian Services is seeking a dynamic LMS Analyst to drive the strategy, performance, and impact of our Learning Management System. In this role, you will lead system optimization, reporting, and data integration (ETL) processes, ensuring seamless training data flow into the LMS (staff) and myEvolv (foster parents). You will play a key role in strengthening training compliance and advancing learning and development initiatives by leveraging data insights, enhancing system functionality, supporting users, and partnering with stakeholders to elevate training outcomes across the organization.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Instructional Design, Education, HR, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years of experience administering or supporting a Learning Management System
• Strong analytical skills with experience creating reports and interpreting learning data
• Proficiency with LMS platforms
• Experience with ETL, Excel, SQL, or reporting/BI tools is a plus
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Desired Skills:

• Experience with SCORM, AICC, xAPI, or other learning standards
• Familiarity with LMS integrations (HRIS, SSO, content providers)
• Knowledge of learning analytics and training evaluation models
• Experience supporting compliance or regulated training environments
