We are seeking a dedicated
LMS Coordinator
to manage the daily operations of our Learning Management System and ensure an exceptional user experience for all employees. The role involves system configuration, troubleshooting, content management, reporting, and supporting learning initiatives across the organization. The LMS Coordinator will work closely with internal stakeholders to optimize the system and align it with the company’s learning and talent development strategy.
Key Responsibilities

Manage user roles and permissions for learners, trainers, and managers.

Upload, update, and maintain training content, including SCORM packages and e-learning materials.

Create and manage training groups and assign employees to the appropriate learning paths.

Build and administer courses, ensuring prerequisites and training materials are properly configured.

Serve as the primary contact for LMS-related technical issues and resolve system or interface problems.

Develop user guides, walkthroughs, and support materials for HR, managers, and employees.

Support LMS implementation, upgrades, and data migration projects.

Collaborate with the talent development team to execute and measure learning strategies.

Generate reports and analyze training data to evaluate effectiveness and support succession planning.

Conduct regular system audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal policies.

Promote a culture of excellent customer service through timely communication and continuous improvement.

Build strong relationships with employees, managers, and cross-functional teams to enhance LMS utilization.
Education & Knowledge

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in MIS, IS, CS, IT or a related field.

Strong knowledge of Cornerstone LMS or similar Learning Management Systems.

Understanding of e-learning content development, including SCORM formats.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret training data and make data-driven decisions.

Ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic is highly preferred.
Experience
-
Minimum of 2 years of experience in LMS
Coordinator
, preferably with Cornerstone OnDemand.

At least 2 years of experience configuring and managing Cornerstone or a comparable LMS.
