What you´ll do

  • Supporting the logistics and coordination for trainings in IMEA and APAC
  • Support in the creation of Desktop Procedures for 5 Global Learning Processes
  • Participation in process harmonization & digitalization workshops

What makes you a good fit

  • Senior undergraduate student in (business administration, Human Resources, or any relevant studies)
  • Very good to Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office 365
  • English speaker with clear verbal & written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks & meet deadlines while ensuring accuracy in tracking, documentations & formatting
  • Taking initiatives in follow ups and identifying gaps & delays
