What would you do? Faculty & Learner Experience - Meeting Organizer: • Provides pre-session and post session support for Virtual Training Sessions. The host s focus is primarily assisting the faculty by helping guide and manage the delivery of the course. The host will require detailed knowledge of both the functional delivery of the course as well as to be able to troubleshoot technical issues they might experience with the help of the Tech Support resource. Conduct Dry run or Standalone for the Sessions • Session Readiness • Support Trainings as per the Business Requirement • Manage all types of Virtual Training • Review Session Requirement or Delivery Guide • Resolve Faculty and Learners Queries ensuring a high standard of customer service is maintained • Provide dedicated support in a proactive manner on assigned virtual sessions, being available for assistance throughout the duration of such sessions • Actively manage Leaner expectations and monitor satisfaction • Escalate appropriate issues to Learning Products Support according to current agreed-upon standards and processes in a timely manner • On the day no training assigned to support. Available hours to utilized as per the process • Play an advisory role while hosting the session. Develop deep understanding of the customer’s business objective and expectations for the program

Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of lower-complexity problems • Your day to day interaction is with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors • In this role you may have limited exposure with clients and/or Accenture management • You will be given moderate level instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments • The decisions you make impact your own work and may impact the work of others • You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a focused scope of work • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
