Pillar Strategy & Portfolio
Co-developing the pillar strategy, portfolio structure, target segments, and annual targets with Education, Programs, and Business Development.
Product Lifecycle Ownership
Managing the planning, delivery, evaluation, and continuous improvement of all K–12 STEAM products, including schools, after-school programs, kits, camps, and workshops.
Cohort Delivery Management
Creating delivery plans, coordinating instructors and operational staff, and ensuring smooth execution for school programs, after-school activities, and D2C offerings.
Revenue & Funding Model Management
Designing and managing paid, sponsored, and funded delivery models for school partnerships, programs, and camps; contributing to revenue and enrollment targets.
Marketing, Product Positioning & Representation
Working with Marketing and BDM on positioning, messaging, campaigns, and representing the pillar in events, school visits, showcases, and info sessions.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Acting as the main liaison between Education, EOS/operations, Programs, Marketing, Business Development, and Schools to ensure alignment across delivery.
Performance & Impact Tracking
Monitoring KPIs, learner satisfaction, skills development, teacher feedback (if applicable), and leading post-delivery reviews.
School, Partner & Community Engagement
Engaging schools, parents, educators, and partners; supporting onboarding and ensuring partner expectations translate into clear delivery plans.
Documentation, Playbooks & Scalability
Creating and maintaining playbooks, SOPs, risk registers, and product documentation to support scalability across schools, cities, and formats.
Operational Decision-Making & Team Leadership
Making day-to-day delivery decisions, recommending go/no-go decisions, and guiding junior staff or coordinators who support the pillar.

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Engineering, Science, Management, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in STEAM education, program management, product management, or youth-focused learning environments.

At least 2 years in a lead, senior, or supervisory role.

Proven experience managing multi-cohort or multi-stakeholder programs (education, training, or youth/employability focused).

Strong project/program management and coordination skills.

Strong customer service mindset and community-building mindset.

Strategic level of conceptual independent thinking and attention to detail.

Clear written and verbal communication in Arabic and English.

Experience working with K–12 learners, schools, or education partners.

Ability to coordinate and influence across multiple teams without direct authority.

Comfortable using basic digital tools: Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and at least one project/CRM or LMS-type tool.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
Postgraduate study or professional training in Education Management, Product Management, Project Management, Business, HRD, or related fields.
Experience with school partnerships or B2B/B2B2C educational delivery.
Experience in hands-on or maker-based education contexts.
Knowledge of learning design principles.
Experience designing or delivering workshops.
Prior experience mentoring or leading junior staff, coordinators, or interns.
Experience representing an organization in events, info sessions, or partner meetings.
